Cheap South Park Season Six DVD Blu-Ray Box Set is primarily based around four young, American best friends, Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny, who all grow up the fictional mountain town of South Park, Colorado. Along with many other recurring characters including parents, teachers and other school children and friends, each of South Park's episodes highly shocking, which you either love, or hate...
Just like The Simpsons and Family Guy, Cheap South Park Season Six DVD Blu-Ray Box Set uses satire, with repeat references to religion (Satan is a frequent character...) and the disregard America has for Canada. There have also been parodies of celebs such as Paris Hilton ('Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset') and Michael Jackson ('The Jeffersons'), immigration ('Goobacks'), and terrorism ('Cartoon Wars'). Not for everyone, South Park is often considered highly offensive, though South Park intentionally creates controversy to highlight America's strict and often unfounded views of many aspects of American culture.
Already mentioned are the four best friends. Stan Marsh is the protagonist of the show, and the most mature, kind and reasonable of the four friends. Despite having plenty of disregard for his peers, Stan is not particularly troublesome, and episodes of South Park often see him reflecting on the moral lessons he has learnt.
Kyle Broflovski displays the highest morality of the boys, and is often depicted as the smartest of the four friends. Poor Kyle is often at the butt of his mate's jokes, especially Cartman, who make fun of his Jewish faith. Kyle also tries to avoid taking part in classrooms ploys, preferring to take part in much more noble feats, such as convincing dictator Fidel Castro to bring democracy to Cuba.
Eric Cartman is the crudest, most foul-mouthed, politically incorrect and selfish of the boys. Portrayed as the most 'contemporary' American child, Cartmen hates hippies, desires to be on TV, desires wealth, and hates school, emphasising the idea that American youth values are highly superficial.
Finally there is Kenny McCormick. Due to his oversized, tight parka jacket hood, Kenny's speech is often muffled, and during the first few series, was killed off in almost every episode, resulting in Cartman or Kyle exclaiming 'Oh my God, they killed Kenny!...You bastards!' Despite his lack on conversation, we know Kenny has the most sex-related knowledge, with the other guys often asking his advice on related matters.
